General

We make dope ski and snowboard gear for people who wish they could always be on the mountain. We are a Print-On-Demand store - meaning everything we sell is made to order. Some things take longer than others, but generally production takes between 3-10 business days.

We hope so! Everything on our site is 100% unique - you can't find this anywhere else on the web or in stores. A lot of it is customizable too - so you know there's no better gift to give than a custom piece. We are also very highly reviewed. We don't take responsibility for any tension caused by your new awesome gear, but you could always get your friend something cool, too.

Shipping

Yes, we ship products to Europe, UK, Australia and Canada regularly. We can also ship to most other countries. 

Please note additional customs fees may apply in Europe/UK with every order value of $25.

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control(natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) as well as delays that our carriers may be experiencing. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date.

The vast majority of our products are made to order. In general, the following guidelines can help you understand when to expect your order.

CLOTHING

Orders from within the U.S. will normally arrive 7-10 days after purchase
- depending on location. After your clothing order is placed your items will go into production - 3-5 days normally - at which point there will not be any information available for tracking the order. Once your order has shipped though, we will be sending you an email to let you know and then you can track your order using the track order feature on our website menu. Clothing Orders from customers outside of the U.S. will normally arrive 7-20 days after purchasing.

LEGGINGS & SWEATSHIRTS

These items are made to order so please allow 5-7 days for us to produce them. Express shipping items will then arrive 7-10 days after leggings are finished production. Please lease allow 12-20 days after leggings are finished in production for standard shipping orders.

JEWLERY AND ART PRODUCTS

These orders can take longer to produce. Some of our products also ship from artisan manufacturers in international locations. If this is the case the product description will list specific shipping/delivery time frame expectations. Average transit times are received in 4 - 6 weeks.

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our Production Team where we will ship your item(s) within 2-10 business days to your corresponding email.

Some of our products actually ship from different warehouses so when you order multiple items at a time some of our items are shipped separately.

We try our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items. If you get one item before the others, RELAX and DON'T WORRY! We will keep you posted and be sending the others to you the soonest possible.

If your order is still undelivered, please rest assured as we have fully insured your packages. Any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you. 

If your item has not arrived within 45 days after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer exchanges as all our products are made to order which means we need to physically manufacture a new item. But we are happy to offer a discount if you wish to order a new item. If you made an error in ordering the wrong size, then we cannot accept responsibility for the replacement.

Defective products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Can I return non-clothing items?

If your item is defective or damaged we will replace it.  Please contact us with a photo of the defective/damaged item so we can process a replacement order for you.

Can I return clothing?

Since all items are made on demand, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our facility, if you received a damaged or incorrect item we will send a replacement of the same exact (or correct) size and style at no charge. A photo of the damaged or incorrect item is needed and can be sent to support@powderaddicts.com with your order number.

Can I return shoes?

If you are unhappy with the fit of the shoe, we can process a free exchange/refund for you. If correct shoes were ordered but do not fit you because of your particular foot type, we will send you another pair free of charge. You can keep the old shoes and need not return it. Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange with us. Free exchanges will only be allowed once per order.

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Support and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on defective products.  Please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and provide photographs of the defective product. Your feedback and comments on the product will be much appreciated and will be considered to improve our service and products.

If you haven't received your order within 45 days after you placed your order, a full refund will be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
